Shipping policy

How will my payment be processed?
We partner with Shopify to process credit and debit card transactions completed through our website. Your credit or debit card information is never shared with us, and at no point in any transaction do we have access to that information. How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on PeterThomasRothStore.com are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx, USPS and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability.

For standard shipping within the contiguous United States, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please select the country you wish to ship to using the drop-down menu of countries and currencies at the bottom of our website. 
Due to longer processing times for international orders, please allow up to 30 days for orders to be delivered outside the United States.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer 3 shipping methods within the contiguous United States: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight. We also offer 2 shipping methods for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, which take additional time. 

PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to start processing within the same business day. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed next business day.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.
